Dallas, Elena Ramos, Jordana Brewster, TNT, Where There's Smoke

We’re shocked too, honey

“Dallas” will resume its third season on August 18 and continue airing weekly until the two-hour season finale on September 22 — but if you can’t wait until then to find out what happens on the show, head over to EW.com.

In an interview posted today, showrunner Cynthia Cidre drops several tidbits about the remaining third-season storylines. The most intriguing revelation: The summer episodes will take place over the course of about 10 days in the lives of the Ewings.

If you want to know the rest — including Cidre’s plans for a Southfork expansion if “Dallas” is renewed for a fourth season — read the full interview.

  1. I applaud your wise announcement & Ew as well.

    Wow!! This is awesome 🙂
Has there been a Season 4 announcement? Was Dallas renewed for a 4th Season? I missed the announcement. I’m sooooo excited !!!

I think #DallasTNT should reneved for a 4 Season!! We need the other Season!!

  4. I read the interview.

Sorry to disappoint fellow Dallas fans, but I don’t believe the show has been renewed yet. However, if you read the interview, Cidre seems fairly confident about season 4 as she mentions it several times as though she seems confident, and I’m quite certain that Cidre has met with the new people in charge at TNT so maybe she has a reason to speak of season 4 as though is likely.

Her comments give me some real hope that I was lacking

  5. “…it’s just pretty hilarious that there’s 5 billionaires living in a three bedroom house.”

I do not see what the big deal is about expanded the house on Southfork. Bobby makes it seem that people who used to live there and now long since passed would somehow suffer horrendous agony if the people living there now made the place a little more comfortable to live in.

  6. What do I think about the “spoilers” for the rest if season 3 of Dallas TNT? I think it all sounds predictable and lame. I thought the threesome was disgusting, not to mention very poorly written and contrived. I am tired of Elena and Nicolas…they don’t need to conceive a child. I don’t think any of the twists and turns in the schizophrenic writing that Cynthia Cidre has done are “delicious.” Cidre is ruining the Dallas brand. I am a big Dallas fan, but I don’t want a season 4 under Cidre’s direction. Sad, sad, sad.

    • Agree, they need a new producer and writers or tell her she needs to get back to the Original Dallas and the Ewing’s and Oil and family feuds not Ryland’s & Ramos.
