I could not stand Nicholas Pierce and was glad to see him go. As for the scene itself, we did not see JR get physical too often which was a change from Bobbie and Ray who seemed to go to violence at the drop of a hat.
I didn’t mind Nick. I think Sue Ellen may have actually loved him. Maybe it was all that hair….
Definitely one of Dallas’ weaker cliffhangers, including the eventual resolution (J.R. miraculously surviving all the shots with no serious injury and no charges being filed against Sue Ellen).
Sigh. So true, J.R.
