The Primetime Emmy nominations will be announced this week, and Josh Henderson is a contender for a dramatic actor nod. Which one of his scenes this season impressed you most?
Was it John Ross’s confrontation with Sue Ellen, when he declared, “I am not my father!” How about the scene where he told his mother to look “the other way” where his affair with Emma was concerned? What about the scene where John Ross pleaded with a skeptical Pamela to go through with their wedding ceremony?

No doubt in my mind, Josh’s best scene was the one with Linda Gray where he yells “I AM NOT MY FATHER”. No one could have said that with more genuine feeling than Josh.
Definatley the scene where he confronts Sue Ellen in her kitchen about her betrayel.
Josh’s best scene is “I am not my father!” And why isn’t Linda Gray also being considered for an Emmy nomination?
“You know u here that enough & you begin to believe it!” (In response to some1 saying he was getting more & more like his father, the late & great J.R. Ewing. C.B. & Miss Jenny, that ain’t exactly a problem I’d say. God Blessed Texas & Josh Henderson!
The “I’m not my father!!!” scene…it brought me to tears.
“I am not my father!” My favorite scene. Superb acting!!!
I think that I have to say the scene in the kitchen before he got Sue Ellen committed, followed by John Ross sitting in the dark when Bobby and the others got home. But Josh has really brought nuance to his performance. Even little things like the look on his face when Pamela comes to the hotel room and finds John Ross and Emma together were so well done.
I am not my father. It was awesome.
