  1. Dan in WI says:

You have to say it is one of the non-family members. After all at the end of the day the family will usually band together and never completely bury each other.
So I guess that leaves whoever is on top between Harris and Judith on any given day.
Runner up: John Ross himself. Until shoots from the hip less and starts planning a long game more like his father he leaves himself open to attacks much more readily. There are many times Bum seems to be the real brains of the operation.

  2. Jennifer Irons says:

I think John Ross is his own worst enemy, trying so hard and so passionately to convince not just his mama and the rest of his family but himself as well that he is not his daddy! He might be better off if he just accepted the fact that, in most respects, he is JR’s son, tip to tail!

  3. I cannot choose just one. Sorry.

  4. Oh I think the legacy of John Ross “Jock” Ewing the Ist & John Ross “J.R.” Ewing the IInd is the worst enemy of John Ross Ewing the IIIrd. J.R. had Jock to guide him, while John Ross at a relatively younger age doesn’t have J.R. to guide him. The Enemy from within.

  5. I think it’s Judy.
